I almost have DD 1's room done. I am actually getting SICK of doing this room. I've been working on it non-stop since we moved in a month ago. Of course, it doesn't help that the last tenants painted EVERY room of this house cookie-monster blue, ceilings and all!

Can I just tell you how tiring it is getting on and off a stepladder painting and hanging and taking down and putting up is when you're 30 lbs over your usual weight and pregnant?

(BTW: No worries about the paint. My fam works in construction and I got the real nice gas-mask thinger that makes me look like a bug... add another 10 lbs onto total weight I gotta lug around!)

SO hopefully I'll have some pix to put up soon, I'm so excited it's almost done... Then I can start finding places for new-baby stuff!

I am sure it will look great when it's done. I can't believe someone would paint blue on the walls and ceiling. Be careful on that ladder!

I lived in a house where the woman was obsessed with blue. The fire place was blue tile, the blinds on every window were blue, the shelves in the kitchen were blue. It had a beautiful master bath with a jaccuzi tub and double sinks. The tub, sinks, and toilet were all blue. I felt like I was in smurf land....
