Anyone think their baby might come in May?

I was just wondering if anyone thinks their baby might be born in May instead of June? I know there are some scheduled C-sections in May, but anyone else?

I sort of feel like Megan might come the last week of May sometime. Not sure why, I just do. I was late, DH was late, most first babies are late... so there is no good reason for me to think she might come early, just mother's intuition, I guess. We'll see if I'm right!!!

Anyone else?

Not May I think this one will show is cute little face in July....I hope not though, but i have a feeling first week of July is when we will finally met him.

I know this doesn't count for me, because I can come as early as April and still be on time. But I have been watching the ddc's and March has been having babies all most as fast as Feb. so I bet we get alot of June babys in May. These babies aren't very good at reading the calender and they can't count to 40 so we are kinda at their mercy. If you want a baby out of there early, plan something fun and exciting for 38 weeks. Kids can't stand to be left out.

I was just talking to DH and MIL about this yesterday... both me and DH have the strong feeling this lil one is going to grace us with her presence the beginning of the last week of May.

Well this is #2 and im due june 2nd/3rd...so me and DH both are betting on the last week or two of may, i really am hoping for it too cuz i dont want to go over my due date with this one.

Well I know it will not be me. I am due June 5th but I so not think Rebekah will make her appearance until around June 16. This being my 6th delivery and I was late with all the other 5 of them. I am ok with being late. The weekend right before she is due we are away at the NYS home school conference. Friends laugh at me when I tell them I am going. It is only 2 hours from home and we are on the state board and I feel we need to be there. I guess because I have done this so many times before I am not stressed at all about when she will arrive.

Probably because I am so convinced she will be late she will surprise me and come early.

Well if I end up having a c-section if my placenta doesn't move then I will probably have him towards the end of May. I am kind of hoping to avoid May 29, 30 and June 8th. My FIL's Bday is the 29th, mine is the 30th, and DH is June 8th. I'd really like the baby to have his own bday.

I was absolutely convinced DS was going to be early but he was 6 days late.

I'm c/s May 30th.

I am hoping to be early. I was late with all my babies except my last one. I was 8 days early with him. Here is my reasoning for why I was actually early and my plan for this time around. With all my others I did not feel like BD at all the last 3 months I think. Well with my last baby someone told me that BD helps to get labor going. The semen has stuff in it that gets your cervix ready, similar to those gels they put on your cervix prior to induction. Well we started BD every other night starting 6 weeks before my due date. Lo and behold I was actually early. What a nice surprise!! I plan on doing the same this time again. So ladies all I say is happy BD!!!!!

Well, my due date is May 31st. I am pretty sure she'll come the first week or so in June. My daughter was late and I had to be induced with her, but since I'm VBAC this time, induction isn't a option...so I am pretty sure she'll come late.
BUT, there's always a chance that she'll come a little before her due date and if so....that would be great!!

I'm due June 9th and planning my c/s for June 1st, just because I want a JUNE baby. lol May 31st would work so much better with ur schedules and such but I planned for a June baby and I'm going to have a JUNE baby. lol Dh thinks I'm a dork! lol

all my babies have abeen early so its likely I will. Of course the twins were 2 months early so that doesnt really count but jenna was 1 week early and John was 3 weeks early. I can say too that lots of bd will do the trick!! since iam also a vbac theres not way they will induce so if something happens and I have to schedule a c section it could also be the last week of may

my doc and i haven't picked a date yet..but it could be anywhere from May 22nd to the 31st. i want the 25th or 26th..because that's a friday & saturday. i had my twins on a friday and my daughter on a saturday..so it just seems like those are GRRRR-8 days!!

I really hope not. If I make it only to 36 weeks, though, he'll be here the last week of May. We're bound and determined to get him to at least 37, preferably 38 though!

After my 28 week ultrasound my dr. will probably give me a window in which to choose my c-section date. I'm hoping to have the baby on my birthday, 6/6.

I would be just fine with that but I guess I feel like Anangel, and I am afraid that she wont arrive until July.

Well, I'm due on June 5th, but he could come early. My brother and I were both early... I was 7 weeks early. I know they say that whether the parents were early or not won't usually affect the outcome but you never know.

I have long cycles, hence why I am in the June DDC, but going by my LMP I think he should be showing up May 31. I'm sticking to the June dates because that's what the doctors are going by, but I have it in the back of my mind that I could have a May baby. I'm still hoping for June for no reason in particular.

Well, this is sort of a selfish reason, but I want a May baby if I can get one. May has always been my favorite month of the year, and last May I broke my ankle really badly and had to have surgery, and I was house bound from May 4th until the 3rd week of June. So, I really want a May baby to have something wonderful in May to make up for my horrible May (last May). Does that make sense???

So, I will definitely be doing lots of BDing in the last weeks leading up to my due date! I'll be 37 weeks pregnant the week of May 14th, so I guess anytime she wants to come after that should be fine!!!
