i have had a back ache since yesterday, it wont go away, it started with my lower back, but now it has moved up to my middle back. is that normal for this early in the pregnancy?

That is very normal for some women...Your body is making adjustments to prepare itself for labor and delivery....It usually starts around this time before the baby begins picking up it's weight...Only time I would really worry is your starting to have consistent contractions with it...You shouldn't have that until labor time

My lower back has been killing me every morning for about a week now. I hate it. It takes a few hours for the pain to go away and then it's fine.

It should be normal. I've had back pain for a few months now. Just have a warm bath with some bath salts, hopefully that will soothe the pain. I go to prenatal yoga classes and that helps me alot.

i have had these on and off as well. At one point i thought i had a kidney infection or something but eventually it subsided..hang in there and take a tylenol if it hurts too bad..sometimes it helps take the edge off a little bit

I've had this problem too, I am using therma care heat wraps. They really help!

I have read that they are normal at this stage in the pregnacy.

okay, im glad that its normal. it has subsided a little, my back doesnt hurt near as bad, but now im not as worried about it thanks
