I have not felt well for a couple days....I feel like I have the FLU(which I did not think I have)....I called the doctor on call for my ob office.....As normal it is not my doctor, I explain to the doctor how I was feeling and he said don't worry, don't stress, that just normal....by the way sounds like he is ten....After talking to him, I called the Maternal-fetal Specialist....she said that the on call ob was most likely right but if I still feel like this in a couple of hours she wanted to the ER again but to call her back and let her that I was on my way to the ER and she would waiting...It has been 3 hours and I am not feeling any better....I have also been having some cramping.... I worried that I am having another miscarriage....I think some time the doctors think I am over reacting but after 4 loses is there an overreaction?

Go to the ER. Always better safe than sorry. I've had losses and it definately affects your paranoia level but I see nothing wrong with making sure your baby/babies are all right. They can do an u/s at the ER and make completely sure everything is fine.

It's not about what the doctor thinks....If you feel it's necessary to go to the ER then go...do what you feel is right...My T & P is with you dear.

I just saw your post - I am so happy to hear that everything is ok!!!
I am definatley an advocate of, when in doubt, get checked out
I went into labor preterm with both DS and DD, so you better believe I will be on it this time as well. It's hard not to worry when you have had trouble in the past. Glad everyone is ok

i wasnt feeling good either so i went to a medimerge instead of a hosital (they are open till 10 at night) and it turns out i had a viral sinus infection - my head hurt, nose hrt, eye hurt, ear hurt, tons of sneezins and sore throat and it hurt to pick my head up. he gave me antibiodic/regular claritin and tylenol and that helped me tons! i hope you feel better

I am feeling much better this morning....I finally getting some sleep....I slept about 8 full hours....I think that was alot of the problem lack of sleep....I like my regular ob, but don't like the 2 on call doctors I have got....I find they act like it is big inconvenience that I call them....there are 3 other doctors in the practice so maybe I want have those 2 any more....I love the materal-fetal doctor she is wonderful....she meet me at the ER and I went straight up stair to l&d....I wish I could just deal with her....Well I go to my regular OB and the specialist on Monday morning....Wish me luck.

I'm glad that you went and got checked out. It's so important to have peace of mind. Hopefully you will only have to deal with your OB instead of the oncall doctors from now on!!
Great to hear that the babies are doing well, I was a bit scared reading the beginning of the post!!
