Does anyone else get that little pointy gone in their belly when they lay flat on their back?? Is that his butt or what is that?! hahah it's so weird..

I can't lay on my back at all anymore, but I used to get it, even when I wasn't very pregnant. I get "tumor" like things poking out all over now. lol Knees, I assume.
