A new "Once Upon a Child" just opened up a mile from my house, so I stopped by tonight.

I got 5 maternity tops and a swimsuit coverup for $28.

That's the price of ONE SHIRT in several of the stores I was shopping at earlier this week.

YAY for good deals!!! I've gotten a few things that way. The newborn clothes are awesome, too! I've gotten really great babygap and guess clothes with the tags still on it for $1!!!! It definately saves you money

I love Once Upon A Child for maternity clothes and toys...I haven't really found any good baby clothes in the one near me though.

I own a thrift store so I'm biased on thsi topic - but I have gotten all of the maternity clothes I need and I just got my crib the other day. I've picked up a few outifts for the baby too. I've been a resale shopper forever - I just won't spend stupid money on stuff...

That is an awesome deal! I wish we had nicer resale shops around here, all of the maternity clothes I have seen at the local ones have been pretty hideous and I'm not that picky. Even the baby clothes look like they have been through 4 or 5 kids already, all faded and pilled. I've had some good luck at garage sales though.

how cool. My mom has gotten me a bunch of clothes from there too. If it wasn't for those clothes, I wouldn't be able to fit in anything right now

I went in the Once Upon a Child by our house last week. They did not have any maternity clothes at that one though. They did have a ton of baby clothes though. We were actually looking for a stroller/carseat travel system or a changing table but they did not have much big stuff. They said to check back because they get new stuff in all the time.
