So I fired the old attorney and got a new one who seems to be FABULOUS! Anyways, she sent a crap load of papers and requests and stuff over to johns attorney I mean pages and pages and pages!! At the court hearing last month, the judge wanted Ravyn to see a psyhcologist before she went on overnite visits and asked if 4 weeks was a sufficent amount of time for her to ben seen and John and hos attorney said yes it was. Now he has dilly dallied around and put it off with the thinking that starting next weekend he will have her overnight. My attorney said, since Ravyn has not seen the psychologist if he tries to keep her overnight call the police, he did not hold up to his end of the bargain, he was supposed t provide a list of psychologist from his insurance. He never did. I did. When my attorney suggested a few to his attorney, they ignored those attempts to get her into the psychologist. Anyways, he isn't on her birth certificate, and my attorney said to call the police if he tries to keep her! This lady seems to be fantastic!!!!

And on a side note, my mom(who paid $5,000) to the old attorney is filing a fee dispute with the bar, not only that but we are also filing a malpractice suit against her aswell. When my new attorney had called over to get my file they were scanning it into the computer and she heard someone in the background say "make sure you scan everyone of those documents, I have a feeling this case is going to come back and bite us in the @ss" So hopefully one of these days soon, things will be good and I am getting soo sooo relieved now with this new attorney, I may actually sleep tonight!!

I am so glad things have improved so much. I felt bad for your little girl to undergo so much stress so early in life.

I feel bad for what your daughter is having to do that. That is good that he can't keep her till all this stuff is done.
