Saw the doctor today. The blood results came back normal. No cholestasis. I'm glad about that but upset because the itching is getting out of control. Doc said he doesn't know what is causing the itching but it's not pregnancy related. So I have to go to my normal doctor.

Baby is doing well. Strong heartbeat. I asked the doctor when I get a pelvic exam. He said that unless I complain of consistant contractions at this stage, there is no reason to do it. He said it causes more discomfort to the patient then needed.

I had my group B strep test done today. was not bad at all.

I'm glad the baby is doing well! I hope your regular doctor can give you something to help with the itching/figure out what's causing it!

Glad to hear that your appt went well. When I went on Tuesday and asked the midwife about the itching on my legs, she said that right now my body is not my own and once the baby is born it will be mine again. So she figures the itching will go away once the baby is born. I find ice packs help when nothing else will and it means I don't have to take medicine.
