What are your goals for this week besides the ab work?

I'm going to try to exercise for four hours again this week. I used to do only three hours, but I did four last week. It's definitely do-able.

I think I'll try to eat out less this week, we were out a bunch last week and there has to be SOME reason I'm not loosing any weight...

I have a pair of small weights at home so my goal is to do some "strength training" exerciseswith them every other day. (I started tonight) I also have a second goal for either this week or the beginning of next week and that is to buy some sort of workout dvd because Jeff leaves for tour next week so I probably will not get to blade or bike every day like I have been because I have to use my sitters for when I am working. I think I'm going to try for a yoga dvd and maybe something else too.

Some DVDs that I like are the Walk Away the Pounds ones and The Biggest Loser (seasons 1, 2). The latter includes some weight training too.

I didn't meet my goal. Between being sick and the crappy weather, I only got in 170 minutes (which I guess is only 10 minutes short of my normal 3 hours).

I did go out to eat like once less than last week I think...so techincally I did, but not well, it was my birthday this week, people took me out to dinner, what was I gunna do, say no?

yeah! i wanted to do more walking and i have!!! ive been walking some around the yard and i
went to the park one morning this week and walked about 4 miles!!!
