Lorelei is exclusively bf and she poops once a week. She goes a full 7-8 days in between poops. But when she does go she fills up a diaper with very stinky poop, lol!

zoey was maybe 5-7 days. my boy read that if u BF that poop is waste and as long as theyre peeing a lot its fine. but we started giving her watered down applejuice every day and its helped her go more.

Jett goes once every day.

I honestly believe that because BF is so natural, babies don't have very much excess waste to get rid of so they don't go as often as FF babies. I wouldn't worry about your son unless he is honestly in pain... and I wouldn't give him anything other than BM unless otherwise directed by his pediatrician.

back when i was giving her some formula she would only poop like every two days and only once a day..now that she is on just breastmilk she poops everyday and sometimes like 4 to 5 times a day, so a lot more now then before haha

Joel fluctuates... sometimes it is every day and sometimes he stores it all for one giant poop every 3-4 days. He has never gone longer than 4 days.... Cloth dipes are great for containing EBF poops, but if he went longer than 4 days, we would need a much bigger diaper!!! Those are some serious poops!!! And stinky too!

The other day Brayden pooped twice in one day and since then he hasn't gone. He never appears to be in pain, maybe just a little discomfort.

Ashton is a basket case if he doesn't go every day. Longest he would go was 3 days, and we'd usually have to give him a suppository to get him to go. He'd go and be all better after that. With him being a half and half baby, he gets stopped up from the formula, so we give him an ounce of Gerber's apple/prune juice a day and he goes at least once or twice a day now.
