Well, since I got the official "okay" to start working out from my doctor this week, I have no more excuses.
I joined Weight Watchers on Friday, and I've worked out 3 days this week already.
I've lost most of the pregnancy weight, but I started out about 40 pounds over the weight that I'm comfortable at.
Here's me before:
And 6 months pregnant- I still look about the same now, minus the belly:
Ugh, I hate how unhealthy I feel with all this extra weight.
I'm hoping to get back to my "before" by the time my DH comes home next year.
