Well, since I got the official "okay" to start working out from my doctor this week, I have no more excuses.
I joined Weight Watchers on Friday, and I've worked out 3 days this week already.

I've lost most of the pregnancy weight, but I started out about 40 pounds over the weight that I'm comfortable at.

Here's me before:


And 6 months pregnant- I still look about the same now, minus the belly:


Ugh, I hate how unhealthy I feel with all this extra weight.
I'm hoping to get back to my "before" by the time my DH comes home next year.

you are in the right place. We are here for support and to share ideas.

here is what ido. I have a strict diet, no white breads, calorie counting and low fat foods. I do 45 mins cardio everyday and weights every other. so far its working for me.
