I am seriously so excited right now! We had a home inspection on the house we wanted on Wed. Since it is an older house, there were things that needed to be addressed. Several of them. The guy who owns the house has been such a jerk to work with, so I just knew he wasnt going to fix the repairs since we had already gotten him to come down so far off his price. And we werent going to take possession of the house without these repairs being fixed. But we got a letter this morning and they are going to fix everything we requested they fix!!!! It is such great news, it means we have a home to go to on Thursday!!! I really was expecting him to say no. And everything is done with our house as well, so all we have to do is sign the papers on both houses and we are outta this one and into the new one. I know you guys are sick of hearing about this, but I am so happy, I cant contain myself! This has been such a draining and emotional waiting game. I am so exstatic that it is almost over!!!

See, no one is sick of hearing about your house. I've been hoping it would come through so you wouldn't have to rent. I am so excited for you guys! I know it is a huge weight off your shoulders. I'm glad the owner finally agreed to fix what needed to be fixed. He should do it, too, to leave it close to the condition he bought it in.
