Hi, I think I recall having asked you about a giraffe you had purchased for your Ethan last year before either one of us had our sons. Just out of curiousity, is your husband's background filipino or vietnamese? I want to say filipino... I know the name Ethan is a rather popular name within the filipino community. In any case, your Ethan is a cutie pie

I think I caught on the name "Tran" one second too late once I asked about being filipino or vietnamese. The name Tran is definitely vietnamese. I have friends of vietnamese background of the name nguyen.

yeah, they both are like smith or johnson, very popular. My MIL didn't even have to change her last name when she got married as it was already her maiden name.
