AHRHHAHHRHRRHHHHHH I am so pissed off right now! Remember howI mentioned my internet was turned off because of Verizon. Well here is what happened....
I got the services in April when we moved and it was suppose to be 19.99 per month. I paid April and May Well I wasn't getting bills and I kind of forgot about it so then in August I called to pay my bill and they told me it was 279.00 and so I asked why and they said that packages were added to my account and my bill was 79.00 a month instead of 19.99. So at the end of the convo he was crediting back the money and removing the packages added. So i call in Sept and they never credited it back and removed anything. So I spent 2 hrs on the phone and they were suppose to take care of it. That was a friday and monday my account was disconnected. So I went through a ton of people finally they expedited my service because they "accidently" turned me off. Then everything was suppose to be taken care of... well I get a bill today saying I owe 197.57! I am livid. They had the audacity to charge me a cancellation fee of 80.00. I am so ticked off! So now I am on the phone with them AGAIN and they are "taking care of it" rawwwrrrrr! Yea right they are so stupid and if they weren't so cheap i would cancel them. It's just we have the choice of them or comcast and comcast is 60.00 a month.
I want to scream right now!!!
ok so now apparently I have over paid and they are sending me a 27.00 check. ugh this is insane!
