I figured I would post since I havent been. I have been lurking occasionally to make sure I am not missing anything huge, but havent been in a posting mood.

Jack is apparently ready to potty train. He is refusing his diaper and asking to use the potty and doing pretty well. He even asked DH in the middle of toys r us to take him to the potty to go poop. I am really proud of him and he is so proud when he goes- he has to show everyone around!! He loves underwear and has to put them on himself. Most of the time I insist on the diaper, but I have let him try out underpants. Gotta get him training ones this weekend. I tried Noah's trainers on him and they are WAY too big. I am not even sure they make trainers in his size!

On Halloween we put a down payment & order in for our new house! We are going to build in a development. We are excited! We didnt get every option we would have liked but can always upgrade in time. We had to stay within budget Its so easy to blow it! As soon as our house is officially sold, we can tell them to go ahead and start building... it takes 2 months to construct! So right now at the latest we will be in around the end of May. Our contingent offer on our house is still in and we met the couple last night.... they came over with the house inspector. We wanted to get that out of the way and everything was good so as soon as they sell there home it shouldnt be long!

Friday we carved pumpkins. The boys wouldnt get into it so mommy did most of the work. Jack ended up scared of the pumpkin. Trick-or-treating went well. It was raining and not the greatest of nights. The boys had enough after about a half hour or so. The costumes came out okay. Noahs feet were too big for his tuck shoes (I didnt get swim shoes after summer in time) so they looked goofy but all in all costumes came out okay. The boys were so excited to ride in the "flyboat." All the kids passing them were excited to see the Wonder Pets. It was funny!

Here are some pics from Pumpkin Carving and Halloween...

Tooooo much candy! Jacks is gone! He took one bite out of every candy bar.

I feel stupid because Noah has a sippy in the pic (just realized). We give him milk in it around the house so it isnt spilled. He can and does drink out of a cup. With him not eating much and drinking lots of milk for calories, we let him have it in a sippy.

Such adorable costumes!! I seriously wanted to make Owen and Leila into Ming Ming and Tuck also but I just am not crafty enough. Those came out wonderful!

Such great news about the house! I can't wait to see the finished product!

Oh and personally I think sippy cups are great for around the house random drinking. No reason for Noah not to have one still IMO.

They look AWESOME! Such a good job! I also can;t wait to hear about the house building. So much fun (and a little stressful at times) but so worth it to get things exactly as you want! I am so glad we did it hat way!
