Baked chicken quesadillas. We got a rotisserie chicken last night, and will use the left-overs in the quesadillas, along with cheese, black beans, peppers and onions (the kids will just get cheese & chicken in theirs). And salad.

We had Bangers and Mash with onion gravy as its bonfire night. I got some really nice caramelised red onion sausages from work and then did mash potato with cheese in. Yum!

DH is out of town so I'm thinking easy- I think I will heat up some leftover brisket, and making baked potatoes and asparagus on the side!
And since Kambry won't eat ANY of that- she will be having cooked carrots, avocado, and some pasta. Her favorite meal.

^^that's what we're having. i used those rectangle hash browns, and put bacon AND diced ham, and lots of cheddar. it's baking in the oven now.

I am no help tonight! I had a CPR class tonight and got home late so I just ate a bowl of Trix cereal LOL!! DH and Kari had take-out antipasto salads. (That is one of Kari's favorites still!)

I made squash casserole and chicken. Cassidy won't eat much of the squash casserole so She had what we had plus some peas. And Sydney had a few bites of pureed carrots!!!

I had carry out last night, super good!! Tonight, I have no clue!! The kids had sandwiches, gogurt and cheese, easy night lol.
