That's great that he was willing to see someone too, at least that proves that he loves you
Rob asked for his vacation next week, so he'll be off Mon-Saturday. Hopefully we get along all week lol! I've been feeling kinda good because I actually have something to look forward to with the playroom getting built, then christmas, then we're getting new furniture with taxes, it's nice looking forward to something for once.

Holla Girls!!
I know what you mean Beth, this is my favorite time of year. This month is the covered bridge festival (Matt is off all that week too), then halloween, thanksgiving and christmas. October jumps starts the holiday season for me
Micah slept from 8:30pm to 7:30am without waking once last night. I feel so rested, I'm hoping that it wasn't a fluke. It would of been perfect but I did wake for a bit at 3:30am when Hayden came into our room wanting to sleep with us, he said he had a nightmare. I moved him to his bed at 5am when I went to check on Micah.
My brother leaves for the army in 18 days....

Isn't that great how even when they sleep you have to wake up to check on them anyway? lol
Must be exciting and sad at the same time for your brother Stacy.
First day of OT today, we'll see what she can teach me with Sebastian.

I kind of panicked when I woke at 5am and he was still asleep. He has been waking like clockwork for weeks now at 1am to eat then again around 5am. I went to his room and as soon as I walked in I heard him snoring and when I peeked on him he was all snuggly in the corner of his crib *fingers crossed* he keeps it up!!

So the 1st week of OT was interesting. I am going to get some darn strong muscles from holding Sebastian in a bear hug each time he throws a super tantrum. He's a strong little guy. Pretty much what we did for the first day is just heavy input while he plays with whatever toy he chooses, pushing his butt into the ground, and compressing his arms and legs and stuff. We'll see how much of a difference it makes over time. It's going to be hard to do the bear hug technique when Rob is home, he's not a big fan of screaming kids. He'd rather just give in to whatever he wants.

I hope you start seeing some good results from the OT pretty soon Beth!
I just talked to Rob and he will be headed back to Texas Saturday. It works pretty well for me since I was already planning on taking Friday off. We will be able to have a little time together before he leaves. Alison has her appointment with the ENT tomorrow too so I'm glad he will be able to go to that with me. My Mom was planning on coming down to help me when he was gone, but we were not expecting him to leave until the 12th. I don't think she will be able to come sooner, but I am getting pretty good at flying solo so I'm not worried about it.

I took her advice and just ignored his screaming at the store today, it wasn't too bad actually.
So windy and crappy out today again, for like a week straight it's been like this. One of my neighbors passed away suddenly yesterday evening. I didn't know him too much, but we had dinner together a few times, and it's just sad when people that live close are affected.

Cara, my plan isn't online... I stole it from my sister's training book from her training group and I have it on my fridge. I could scan it in and email it to you if you want.
Jen, I am glad you are feeling better about the pregnancy. I was very worried about you in the beginning. Also, it's great that you and Ryan are getting couseling. That is a step in the right direction!
Beth, I get sensitive too. My dad started making comments like literally the day after Griffin was born about Tony getting a vasectomy and it irritated me so much because Tony fully supports our family, we ask for no money or help from any one, and I think we do a darn good job as parents so who cares if we have more?! Annoying!
That's great Rob will have some time off. I hope you guys enjoy!
I didn't know your brother was joinging the Army, Stacy! Good luck to him! I went running last night and ran by the lowering of the flag (everyday at 5pm) and they literally close of the roads around the flag... any cars or people walking must stop and if you're in the military you have to salute. I just stopped running and stood there and they play the bugle over the speaker. It is so touching to see people stop their cars and GET OUT to stand and salute the flag. I complain about the military but I love that our lives revolve around being patriotic every day.
Irelyn must be going through a crazy growth spurt or something. She wants to eat 24/7, literally. I am kind of worried actually. It seems excessive and abnormal, but she is genuinely hungry! This morning for breakfast alone she had 2 pancakes, a muffin, piece of crumb cake, 2 sausage links, a banana, and handful of grapes (we were at a playdate, hence all the food)... and literally 20 mins later was asking me for a snack!!! She is already in size 6's, does she really need to grow more?! OY!

My grandma told me that I should keep my pants on after Sydney was born LOL She was one of the "you only have two kids" people, and you kinda tend to forgive people after they pass away though. She has 2 sons, my uncle has 2 kids, my dad has 2 kids, and then I have 6! Uncles son has 0, daughter has 2, my brother has 2, and I have 6! ha.
I really want a tiny wittle baby again. I realized though that this month and next month aren't the greatest if I don't want to add more to the "b-day season".

Jess, that is neat. Pretty special to see a community coming together around a purpose! Crazy about Irelyn! Oh and if you have anymore 5t- 4/5 stuff you are wanting to sell I finally cleaned out drawers and realized I am a lot lower than I thought I was!
Hope the therapy helps Bastian. How is he doing with the walking these days? Yay for the PR!
I want to say I am optimistic about Ryan and I because of counseling etc but I am not yet. It is good regardless because he needs to work through some issues no matter what. We will see...

I forget to mention that he was leaving for the Army, he now leaves in 17 days...
Hayden asks for food 24/7 and I can't tell if he's actually hungry or just wants to eat...
Going to visit family in NW Indiana this weekend (3 hr drive) and I'm also going to say good bye to Jason (my brother) since I won't see him when he leaves for boot camp since he lives up there, I'm a little sad and happy at the same time for him...

I had a really nice day with Rob today. I got all of my errands done and we went out for sushi lunch. We got q sitter for a little bit tonight after the kids went to bed and went to this bar down the street. It is a really fun place and we had a fun time.
Alison is getting the tubes in on the 11th. Rob's mom is going to come down and give me a hand that day. I am so glad that I have good inlaws.

I finally have a moment to jump on. Crazy busy weekend. Can not believe Kenzie is four on Monday. We are having a party tomorrow at grandmas and a party here at night for neighbors. Daddys night at preschool on Monday. At least they will be home by the time they were born. Doing ok it is tough but figure we will celebrate Madisons life and death with the Walk to Remember on the 8th. A balloon release and short walk and memorial service. The cake thing was not just peoples feelings but also do not want to make it depressing for Kenzie. I think we made the right decision. Got house clean and all party stuff done. I need to do our bills and dads bills but will do that when Kenzie goes to bed. I also need to do a poster for preschool for Kenzie. May do that in a few minutes. I still need to shower. The great news is Kenzie did not wear a pull up last night She woke twice to pee and needed help since she wore footed pjs. This morning I woke up to the toilet flushing. She got pjs down but needed help getting them back on. YEAH!
