Ok, so I haven't updated much about Shar and Her dad and his girlfriend. Last spring the judge told her (Dawn) to stay out of the matters of Sharlotte that it is between Shane and I. Well in April, Shar started staying with her dad monday through friday. I was having trouble with my meds and sleeping to much. I thought it was the right thing to do. Have Shane watch her while I was adjusting. But as the months have gone on, Dawn has started acting like she is Shar's parent and not me. In the last couple of months, Shar has started coming home saying "I'm not her real mom, Dawn is and that I don't take care of her, Dawn does" Her words. Which apparently she's been hearing from Dawn, who denied it when I asked her, but she said that today that she is the one who takes care of Shar not me and I'm not a real mother, I"m a bad mother and a sh*t. She threatened to call Welfare and WIC and get me kicked off and arrested for Welfare fraud. first off, the assistance office knows Shar stays with her dad monday through friday and so does WIC i notified them. When she was telling Shar to get out of the car she screamed at her "get out!" I told Dawn to never talk to my child like that. She stepped up into my face and pointed at me and said "ill talk to THAT child whatever way I want, I'm the one who takes care of her. Not you" and I picked Shar up and said she was not going back to her until I said or til I talk to her dad. Dawn tried to physically RIP my daughter out of my arms, pulling Shar's arms behind her trying to get her from me. Shar started crying and Dawn blamed it on me, but when Shar was all buckled up in the car, she kept crying that she was afraid of Dawn and didnt want to go back and that she was mean. this all happened in the Walmart parking lot and was witnessed by a walmart employee who called the managers to come check on me and I think they might have been on the verge of calling the cops on Dawn. I called them tonight when I got home and they just called back but my cell is acting up so it didn't ring. I was told they might have the whole thing on tape from the security cameras. I don't know what is gonna happen, but hopefully it's in my favor!

Wow, Silver, you're in a really tough position From what I'm understanding, your meds really are conflicting with your parental rights, but at the same time I'm sorry she's treating you (and Sharlotte) like cr@p. Praying that she will be prevented from being around your little girl!

I guess, we are going to see the judge on monday and discuss things with him. I'm terrified that he will side with Shane and take her from me.

I dropped my letter off at the judge's office today. I should hear back about a hearing in a couple of days. We petitioned to modify the custody order. With me requesting full custody! YIKES!!! I"m scared. 1. of getting full custody. 2. of his reaction 3. I'm afraid I might lose in court. But I can only hope everything will work out the way it's intended. I'm not sure what I believe in, but I believe in a higher power of some sort.
