Well sammie is doing great. She started ballet/tap this month and loves it. She did so well during her first class listening to the teacher. I was very impressed with her. She loves to dance she tells everyone she is a dancer. June she will be in a recital. Thankfully I have my mom becuase I am going through a tough time and she is funding the classes. Come march when lil man turns 3 we will put him in karate or something. He needs it.
Update on me. DH and I are getting a divorce. At first it was my decision. I have been unhappy for quite some time. Now I am just upset and find myself begging him (which i really dont want this) He is constantly texting his exes in front of me and we do nothing but argue. Financially its better if I stay in the house but he has not moved out yet and its going on a month. In the state of North Carolina we have to be legally seperated for a year and a day and it doesnt start until one of us moves out. Thankfully the military has its benifits and I can file in my home of resideny which is Delaware. So I will be heading to delaware in little over a week and start the process. I applied to move onto base but its like jumping hoops. I just want this over with as quick as possbile.
He finally agreed to not use lawyers which would only hurt him as I know how our finances are and my family would support me. but I told him he can have the kids every other weekend and one or two days a week for dinner. we will alternate holidays. and in the summer he can have then for two 10 day periods. He wants them for the whole summer which I CAN NOT and WILL NOT do. I have asked him to meet me at the clinic for samanthas apt so he can take her back to daycare because I have a dental a hour later well he cant becuase he cant get off of work. I know we are both the military but he needs to step up and put these children first.
He is in ASAP which is a alcohol treatment program and a stipulation is while he has the kids for the weeekend NO drinking what so ever. he is going back on that stating he can drink once they are in bed. NO!! I dont want him drinking at all while my children are with him. So hopefully this divorce can be overwith quick and not so painful for the kids.
Sorry so long I just lost all my friends around here from their wonderful husbands divorcing them and they moved back home. (hence why i dont befriend military wives)
Big I hope things go smoothly for you and the kids. It seems like pretty good timing that Sammie starts dance now, gives her something to take her mind off it.

For months we called this child Elijah (even here)...and when he was born he became Timothy Neal...my beautiful baby boy! Born March 20, 2012, weighing 9 pounds 4 ounces, 21.5 inches long, after a 4 hour labor and 2 pushes.
Sorry to hear about everything you've been going through and the divorce -- but it sounds like with were he's at you're making a good decision for you and your kiddo's.
How fun about Samantha in dance! It's so great that she is loving it!
