Well, I think I lost the court hearing. I was good on the stand but when Shane went on and tried to make me look bad I interrupted his testimony to correct his lies and the judge said with my bi polar and ADHD and not being able to keep quiet while Shane was on the stand he wonders at my ability to take care of a child. So, custody stays the same as it is right now. He scheduled a psychiatry appointment for Sharlotte to speak to someone and then we will meet again.

Could you get a note from your doctor explaining that you're responding much better to your medications now that they've got that straightened out? Maybe you could present that to the judge at the next hearing.

I'm contacting a lawyer on monday. They only accept new intakes on certain days of the week..

We got the custody papers in the mail. Shane retains primary physical custody, but we have legal shared custody. The judge did make a couple of remarks about Dawn in the custody papers! HAHAHA! on her. Anyway, they appointed a guardian ad litem for Shar and her psychiatric appointment is November 9th.
