Hey, how are things working out? I haven't seen an update for a while.

Honestly things plain out suck. One minute he is extremely nice and the next minute he is basically yelling at me. I finally told him the only time I want him to contact me is if it involves the kids.

He is going to talk to a lawyer this friday and pay for the divorce becuase he wants to be divorced by february. Delaware it would be march and with him deploying before then wouldnt work.

It will be an uncontested divorce and as long as he doesnt screw me then i am fine with it. we have a custody agreement where i have primary custody.

He is still not budging on child support and i cant afford a lawyer for it so i went through child support enforcement so that way the state can decide.
