I have a mom in the March 08 DDC that needs a buddy and all 5 of her children have come early. I need a buddy for her and she really wants someone who had a preemie....

hmm, i had Trav 5 1/2 weeks early. technically he was/is a preemie but he doesnt have any developmental issues and is off the charts now weight wise so I dont think Id be much help!

Hey, I happened to see this topic as I was checking my own PR this morning. I'm Heidi, co-host of the Preemies board here. My little one was due in May but born in February. Tell your friend to stop on by the Preemies board, we'd love to have her! And anyone else with a preemie too, young or old. My preemie was 7 weeks early was supost to be born nexts month but was born in june,
he health and fine and is home , but he weight 4lb , 5oz , 17inches long when he was born now he weight 4lb 9oz and 17inches long , and im a first time mommy too , now his dad on the other hand this is his second child but his first preemie , my question is does it get easyer with a preemie??? :smile
