We'll I am visiting my parents this weekend (since DH has his military drill) and decided to look for baby swings in their area on craigslist.com. I found a lady about 20 minutes from my parents selling her papasan swing for $75 (its originally $140 on BRU) - so I emailed her to see if it was still available (as she posted it about a month ago). Turns out she still had it, so I offered $65 for it and she agreed! So my dad, brother and I (I don't go anywhere by myself when getting things from people) went and got it tonight!! Turns out it was only used on their soon to be 1 year old son (she had him May 16th of last year) - and its in excellent condition!! I am already so in love with it! I cannot wait to put the baby in it now! The lady was telling me how it worked wonderful with their son and how much he loved it..ahh!! I am so glad I got a good deal on it, I really wanted this swing but wasn't about to pay $140 for it!

I got the one like that but it has the dark brown headrest and i paid 129 at target for it! you got a great deal!!

I love getting great deals!!!!! I bought a race car toddler bed on ebay for my parents house. It was p/u only about 7 miles from my house... I got it for a dollar!!! The funny part was I ended up knowing the people. He used to run the Health Dept. at a local college.

Awesome deal! My baby swing is used too...it's been passed through all my SIL's. But I figure, you wash the cover and wipe it down with a Clorox wipe and you're good to go! I love that swing BTW. I almost bought one, but couldn't turn down a freebie.
