I've been having a lot of pressure down there also. I'd say if you are really that worried, go get it checked out. That is what they are there for. I hope you feel better and get some answers!

It sounds like she's just positioned low. Some women say it feels like a bowling ball is between their legs. Your cervix should be nice and tight right now so unless you're having bleeding/contractions she won't be going anywhere. If you can hold off until Monday and see your OBG I would probably do that.

It could be normal some women complain of having those feelings for weeks. I think the best bet would be to call your doc and see what they say.

I don't know...I have those same pains you are describing, but I remember having them my other two. It's always better to be safe than sorry - I would at least call your doctor.

The pressure is usually normal....but the fact that you feel like you have to go #2 but cant might not be good. I had that with Kylie---thought I was constipated, so I called and asked what I should take, they told me I was in labor and to come in. Sure enough, I was in preterm labor. But, we figured out it was because I was dehyrdated. So, I would suggest drinking plenty of water, laying on your left side, and if its not gone in a couple of hours, than call and see what they say.

I always say "call your doc" or "go in" but I know you don't want to jump at every little thing. Basically, if you are stressing over it, then your body may be trying to tell you something, and you should at least talk to someone. Let us know how you are doing, okay?

I agree with the other ladies... I know it's a weekend and probably not possible to contact your doctor so you can always put in a call to your local hospital and speak to a nurse in L&D...that's what I would do first and then go from there. I had A LOT of pressure with DD...but don't remember experiencing the feeling to go #2....just call and KUP!

It's probably normal, but the way I see it - especially at this stage of the pregnancy - is "better safe than sorry." I'd put in a call to your doc's office/answering service so they can have the doctor on call give you a call back. He/she can tell you whether it sounds completely normal or if you should go to L&D.
