It's at 4pm. The theme is "Tickled Pink!" Everyone was asked to wear pink (except me since I'm the guest of honor). I'm so excited that I could hardly sleep today after getting off work!
My cousin flew in from Florida, my mom & MIL are coming up, & a lot of my friends and family will be there. The weekend day shift gave me my gift last night at work and I almost dropped a tear. So, I think I'm in for an emotional time. I'll post pics probably tomorrow, because my mom, cousin & MIL will still be here and they will not allow me enough time to upload all the pics. Wish me luck.

I cannot even express all the feelings that were gushing at my shower. DH & I were so overwhelmed by the out pouring of love by our friends & family. There were about 30-40 people (some couldn't stay the whole time). Mostly everyone was dressed in pink. My friend who was in charge of games did an awesome job! We played: Who knows Mommy-To-Be The Best, Baby Jeopardy, Whoever says Rolitta or Baby must deposit a quarter in Laila's new princess Piggy bank, and Baby Bingo (with custom made bingo chips with my siggy on it!). I can't remember the other game. We then ate: chicken wings, meatballs, cocktail shrimp, veggie tray, spinach dip with tortilla chips, fruit tray, punch, red & white wine (for those of age and not pg), then THE BEST STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD!
I was so in love with that cake from another baby shower I went to, that I requested to have that. I hadn't eaten sweets in 45 days (I was on a fast from sweets & sodas) & if they didn't have that cake I wasn't coming! LOL! The hostesses were my closest friends and a cousin, so I could say that to them without offending them. Okay here are a few pics from the shower....
