We are watching "I am Legend" and the dog got attacked and he had to kill him. Now I am in a mess of tears!! I am really just tired of this. I can't wait to be "normal" again!! LOL

I am with you there too! I am so ready for my emotions to be back to normal. I can't wait for the day when a sappy country song won't make me cry anymore.

Omg, that's too funny. I had the exact same experience just last weekend, watching the same movie. It's so SAD!

I had my face buried in my hubby's chest just bawling for a good 30 minutes. Even before I was preggers I probably would have shed a tear or two at that scene (I mean, come on, it was over-the-top heartwrenching) but this was full on wailing and just grief so intense. Even though I tend to cry at the drop of a hat these days it freaked me out.

And of course, we were watching it with a couple of our twenty-something guy friends who aren't even in a relationship (and thus have no idea how to deal with hormonal women who randomly start crying), so they've been mocking me non-stop ever since (once they got over their initial freak out, lol). After seeing that display I wonder if either of them will be brave enough to have children someday.

It'll be so nice to finally get some control over ourselves again won't it?

Oh DH wants to see that movie too and I heard about what happens to the dog and I am just not wanting to see it anymore because I get too emotional over anything bad involving animals. Have you ever seen that commercial for the SPCA about the sick and in need animals and they play Sarah McLachlan's "Angel" song and show all the sad faces of the animals?? I saw that for the first time about 6 months ago and I started bawling so hard I was choking on my sobs!!! I don't know why I didn't change the channel I was like paralyzed.... and I have seen that commercial come on like a million times since then and I always quick yell at DH to change it or mute it and I have to hide my eyes.... I can't even hear that song anymore without crying!!!!! I am such a mess- so I totally know how you feel I am the same way!!!!!!

My husband and I just watched that movie on Friday and I did the same exact thing! I had my 55 pound dog come over and sit on my lap because I was so upset! I sat hugging him for the rest of the movie! Poor Sam!
