Well, it is a tough day today - dropped dh off this morning at 2:30am for the start of his three month training phase.
On a happy note - we had an amazing weekend. My sister is out from California visiting and she was able to be here for my small little shower that my neighbor threw for me AND my husband and I were baptised together this weekend so she was able to be there for that! We had friends over all weekend to say "see ya later" to my husband so cooking and entertaining was lots of fun for me. Isaiah and I did not have a whole lot of alone time together in the last few days, but the alone time we did have was super special...he set up the camera in our room so that he could take some special pictures with our little girl before he left!
Daddy laying the love on BettySue...31 weeks!!!
And some Mommy love.
Me and the lil' sis after the baptism...
just a little joke to kinda scare our mommy!!! haha.

Sorry you had a tough day...it must be so hard saying goodbye. The pictures are SO cute!! I love the one of you and your sister - too funny Thanks for sharing!
What cute pictures! And you're still so tiny! I hope the mission flies by and that you are all together again soon.
Congratulations on your baptism as well, that must have been a big moment!
aaww so cute. Is he going to miss the birth of the baby?
You are so tiny too!![/b]
Sadly, he is not going to be back in time for the birth of the baby. I think that might be what made saying goodbye so hard...but it comes as part of the job. He is supposed to be home no later than a week and a half after our due date, so that might give me and baby just enough time to establish a little bit of a routine!!! Trying to keep it positive!

You are an adorable couple... and I love the kissing the belly pics. So sweet. Sorry you had to say "see ya later" but just think... next time you will have your baby girl to add in the pics! And that is right around the corner.
Aww, I'm sorry you had to say goodbye to him today. You guys make such a cute couple and your little girl is going to have her daddy wrapped around her tiny little fingers!
I'm glad you managed to have a great weekend. I'm sure it was really hard - I felt so upset when my DH was leaving for 3 weeks! But before you know it the time will have passed by and you will be back together with your little girl as well. And you look great by the way!

Awww. Those are too cute. Congrats on your baptism. My dh and I were baptized together whilewe were dating in college and it was such a special thing to share together. I'm sorry dh is going to miss the birth, but I'm glad you are staying positive. BTW-You look jus like one of my good friends here who, sadly, is moving to Seattle right when our baby is due.
Jamie

I am sure it will all work out for the "best". I bet that made it the hardest on both of you. What kind of work does he do?[/b]
He is actually a green beret in the Army so he is gone for training every now and then. Right now they are out in the woods learning how to survive as small units and as prisoners of war. His next phase of training is learning how to read, write, and understand chinese - super hard im sure, but at least he'll be home every night then!!!

Many hugs! I know what its like! If you need anything let me know!
PS we got stuck in WA so we will still be here when you come![/b]
