I am not sure of the cup size...maybe 24oz...??...but I have a big plastic cup I fill up at work 2-3 times a day...so 48-72oz....at home I go to juice or a diet soda...I need flavor by that time! :-)

At least 72 oz! It seems like I'm always thirsty, so I always drink water, which only makes me have to pee more!

I'm averaging over a gallon. I drink a LOT, but I'm not having itchy skin as bad and no constipation. Also, since I live in the desert, it's super easy to get dehydrated (it's going to be 114 tomorrow) so best to not take the risk.

Well since it's extra hot I drink a lot! I drink at least 72 oz a day if not more, I always have water on me! It's too hot not to drink water! Thank god I drink it because prepregnancy I didn't really drink it as regularly as I do now! I think I'll get some now! lol

I dont really keep track. I fill a pitcher of water and add some lemon every morning and try my hardest to make sure its empty by the end of the day
along with other drinks such as milk with breakfast and a couple glasses when I first get up. The pitcher is 64 oz so at LEAST 80 oz a day probably.
maybe more on days like today where it is HOT outside.
