dam back pain I can't handle anymore!! My lower back is so sore I am almost in tears sitting here! It would be tolerable but sitting at my desk all day at work doesn't help either!! The pain shoots down to my legs too!

I should have brought one, or my heating pad, the thing is I get up and down a lot during the day so I don't' know if it would really stay on my chair....

I am so sorry! I can't imagine if I still had to work at this point. i'm a teacher so I got lucky. When we have another child I will definitely "schedule" it like this again so that I will not be working.
