a fat fast is where you eat 5 small meals a day consisting of 200 calories each, that each are 90% fat content....
examples of 'meals' would be:
-egg yolks with 2 tbsp of mayo
-4 strips of bacon
-2 oz of cream cheese with celery
and yes those are examples of 3 separate meals lol
it forces your body in ketosis so you will 'burn fat'
so its really dangerous to anyone who's not metabolically resistant....and you're only supposed to do it for 3-5 days, but you can easily drop 8lbs, then you basically resume the normal Atkin's induction

its for ppl like me who have done the diet so many times I am resistant to it....I don't suggest it if you start the diet and are losing weight cuz you can get really sick
