i drink pepsi everyday sometimes thats all i drink...if i don't have soda i get really bad headaches.... i drank soda all the time with my 1st as well.[/b]

but diet coke... I was more careful at the beginning but I drink it more often now. I'm trying to drink more juice when I make Aidan it though.

I'll have 1-2 cups of coffee a week, an occasional iced tea and maybe once a week an iced coffee. I never have more than one serving of caffeine in one day though. Now that they have decaf coffee at work I won't ever really have caffeine unless I get a hankering for an iced coffee from McDonalds. It is the only thing I will get from there.....so gooood.

Oh I drink it throughout the day and usually after 7 PM I quit. I would be one cranky person if I cut it out completely.

I drink at least one a day.. I've never felt guilty about it either. I get horrible headaches all day long and it's the only thing that remotely helps.

I never was a big caffeine drinker so I haven't missed it really. I've had the odd decaf latte or americano... I think I drank 1/2 can of pepsi a couple of months ago... but that is about it.

I WILL however eat chocolate which I know has caffeine in it.

I was never a big pop drinker but in the past 2 weeks in this heat, I crave a cold pop with a straw... a rootbeer,pepsi or an orange pop. I eat chocolate daily as I crave it everyday!
