Welcome back to weigh in wednesday ladies, I hope you had a healthy and lighter week!
This week I got down to 201 - only 2lbs from my first goal of weighing under 200lbs and 26lbs aways from my overall goal
It wasnt all sunshine and roses though. I made some bad eating choices out of hormonal desperation (dove chocolate.. a lot... cough cough) and I injured my foot which kept me from push mowing the lawn (my main exercise right now)
you are doing great. i still eat too much ice cream and too many brownies - but ive been drinking juice instead of water - big deal for me! and eating a lot of babrbeque meats, chicken, and veggies. i havent been faithful to my exercise. i go to the pool every day, but i dont swim!
I'm at 117. 7 lbs to go to my goal. I am happy with how my body is now though. just need to firm up. Other then my tummy, I really like the extra weight. most of my clothes wont fit though if I say this weight.
So, this is Thursday, not Wednesday, but I have been weighing myself every day. I have been at 5lbs left to go to get to prepreg weight and for three weeks it won't go down.
I bought a jogging stroller, not that I intend to jog, but in 98 degree heat at 7:40pm, one would think walking would be enough.
I too have had some run-ins with the above referenced Dove character. However, I ate a bag of the little squares over about 6 days. The bad news is I had a buy one get one free coupon, so more is lurking in my hiding spot. Today I ate about 10 oreos and water. Bad day.
Maybe tomorrow will bring blessings at the morning weigh-in for me. Good luck ladies.
So anyhoo, I'm currently at 165, I'm down 35 pounds since I had Thomas, but still have about 20 more to lose. I'd like to get back down to 140 if possible. I'm doing the low carb high protein diet, but haven't really had time to exercise lately. I am going to start trying to work out on my yoga ball and swim when I can.
but no change from last week 158.....it doesnt help that we made brownies on sunday, strawberry shortcake and monster cookies yesterday!! But i like to tell myself the monster cookies are for a good cause ( trying to boost milk production)

I try convincing myself the same thing about the monster cookies-they are so darn good!!!
