My baby is 9 weeks old. His stools are very dark green and runny. Then when he goes again its a mixture of yellow and green. Is this normal?
HE also has a lump stick up in his tummy when he laughs and eats. The doc said it may be a herna and to go back in 6 week.
He is a happy and joyful baby.

He is formula... 5 oz every 3-4 hours.

megan is on soy formula. hers are greenish brown and formed. She gets constipated often, so she gets pear juice once a day too.

It sounds pretty normal to me. Sometimes formula fed babies have green poop because of the iron in the formula.

As far as the runniness, Maryella's is usually the consistency of peanut butter, but sometimes when I change her I notice it's runny too. I'm definitely not a doctor, so if you're concerned I would call your ped and see what they have to say.

I just posted this same thing the other day. Cambria's Poop Is been green lately. Like Spinich...But I heard It's normal. She's breastfeed though....I am jealous that you can go 3-5 before a feeding! wow...Cambria eats every 1 1/2....
