I hate it so much, it sucks! 60 minutes of pure torture.

I took it at the gym on base. The "Y" we belong to offers them, but I never took one there. I only do the monthly spin class as part of my fitness program from work, and would NEVER do it if I wasn't told to.

Other people love it thoguh.

I hated spin class, my butt cheeks and vajaja hurt sooooo bad! Good luck to you! I know if you stick with it it'll get easier, at least my two friends say so anyways (they are now spin instructors).

i am sure it would get better if I stuck to it, but I only have to do it once a month.
