Hi Ladies,

Well, I have been soooo busy being back to school (I'm an 11th grade teacher)- and I am so excited to be having something fun to look forward to- my shower is tomorrow! I was concerned being that this was my 3rd son that no one would be coming and more importantly no one would go to my Babiesrus registry...but, I've peeked and so much has already been purchased!

I was really hoping that everyone would go to the registry because there is a lot of stuff that I do not need - i.e. baby boy clothes, crib, changing table, etc...But, there are things that I got rid of after my 2nd son a) hoping I would have a girl on the 3rd shot and B) because we planned to wait at least 5 years.

I know that I have already received the following big ticket items from Babiesrus:

Plus, my mom purchased her traditional grandmother gift of the new stroller for her grandbaby- a beautiful red euro jogging stroller! I love it!

I'm so excited! But, the concern is the tropical storm that is heading our way, we were going to have it poolside at my best friend's house, but now we are concerned with the weather- it looks like it will be moved indoors!

I'll let everyone know how tomorrow goes.

Yeah, we are getting it right now. It's not too bad. She calmed down quite a bit when she made landfall... we just have wind gusts and random rain. Not ever really heavy rain. Also, she has made a turn west.. so you may not get it.

We live right where the tropical storm made landfall in the very southeastern part of NC and the bad weather didn't last too long with it- the storm is moving really fast. Hopefully, it will blow through before your shower or wait until after it.

Have fun at your shower. It looks like you are going to get some great gifts!
