Ok so as i posted before since I started the Nuva Ring I've had my period for over 3 weeks now. I've had stomach pains and felt really nauseous. Now I'm having hot flashes and start sweating out of nowhere. I'm constantly tired doesn't matter how much I sleep. I get really irritated and I'm extremely moody. I keep trying to get a hold of my doctor and they're always busy. I swear it's from the Nuva Ring and it's a nightmare.

Oh no! I am sorry to hear. Hopefully you get ahold of your doctor soon! Try searching on the web about the nuvaring maybe you can find some stuff that other people have had on it similar. Hope you get ahold of yer doctor!

If I were you, I'd take it out and use condoms until you can get ahold of your doctor.

Oh believe me I'm not using it ever again. I've done some research online and found out some real bad things about Nuva Ring. People being depressed and crying all the time as well as a lot of the problems I've had.

oh man! O would take it out! Im on the ring but it hasnt bothered me however, i was watching tv the other night and this commercial from a lawoffice comes on and says if you or someone you know has been hurt or died from using the nuvaring please contact our office and i was like what!!!! What do you mean died?????????? I was yelling at the tv as if they were going to answer my questions.

I'm glad you took it out!! I HATED the Nuvaring. It was the absolute wost birth control that I've ever tried. I hope you feel better soon and that you get a hold of your doctor.

I think with any birth control, you have people it works for and people it doesn't. I personally loved the NuvaRing, and had no problems other than slight weight gain right when I started using it. I was on it for 2 1/2 years. I plan to go on it again once I am done breast feeding. I'm sorry you had such a terrible reaction to it though! I hope you find something else that works better for you.
