So my back has been hurting me since 4 pm and I've been having menstrual like cramps every 2 hours since I started work today.... I had a bit of discharge, and I was talking to my supervisor and she started feeling my stomach and could feel her, but she's dropped A LOT. I didn't even notice. I also haven't felt much movement all day which really worried me - I even sat down for about 15 minutes at work and drank some ice water.... still only one movement.

I woke up with no back aches and while I was laying in bed last night - I felt her move a bunch..I was reading online that if you apply pressure to your lower back if it's back labor you will feel intense pressure and I wasn't... so hopefully that's a good sign and hopefully it was just backache... I'm keeping an eye on it today though!

If it happens again, I'm going in for sure! But so far, no back aches, bella has been moving like normal today, and no discharge so I think that was normal to. It's been like a week or two with waking up to diarrhea though! Ergh!

I have the same thing, diarrhea, cramps, contractions and I don't feel good
