My face has been breaking out like mad lately. My m/w gave me some BC pills to take....but I don't really want to be on BC, afraid it will mess up my cycles again when we are ready to TTC.

I wash my face at night with some acne wash....and I woke up this morning, and it's like war. It's horrible.

Not to mention I've had a stomachache since last night. Blech.

Not here, thank God. Before I was pregnant I'd break out like crazy right around AF was due. Even being on BC pills I'd still break out some. When I was pregnant I hardly had a break out, and since having Aaden I've only had a couple.

I have always had troubled skin, but when I was pg with the girls it looked great. Now it is starting to go back to it's old ways. I swear by a gentle cleanser twice a day and hydrogen peroxide - it stings a little, but can really help get rid of the bacteria. Also don't let your skin get dry. Use an oil free moisterizer (even if it doesn't look dry) and about once a month try to do a peeling mask (something gentle though) that will help remove dead skin cells before they can get in to clog up the pores. This has been my routine for years and it is the only thing that seems to really help me. Hope it helps!
