Well, my weight loss has stalled - I'm at 145, which is 18 pounds above my pre-pregnancy weight - and I can't seem to get a lick of it off. I've been working out a bit, but have a hard time due to knee problems and asthma, but I still try. I don't feel like I'm eating that much either, which is aggravating beyond belief! Anyone else in this boat with me?
Oh yeah, I have completely stalled out. The only way this extra weight is coming off is going to be by hitting the gym and eating right. Two things of which I have seriously failed to accomplish lately.
I was 153 when I had Ethan and now I am at 130. I know 130 doesn't sound like much, but let me assure you the weight is not proportionally distributed. I am still wearing maternity pants 'cause my old pants aren't any where near fitting. I miss my old clothes.
