cardio and resistance training with a trainer. I love cardio on my own but I LOVE lifting weights with a trainer standing over me telling 5 more....4 more... it makes me bust my butt and they don't care how much I whine, so I push wayyyy harder than I would on my own!

UGH i hate working out... I SO wish I was one of those people who loved it! Doing cardio makes me feel so cruddy afterwards, but I do like pilates better.
I usually feel good after doing that. I also like just playing around with my girls... jumproping, hopscotch, dancing, ect.
