I know most people hate to exercise, but what's your preferred method to burn calories?

I love to dance, but I just don't do well with Dance videos. I would love to get back into kickboxing classes or some type of aerobics

cardio and resistance training with a trainer. I love cardio on my own but I LOVE lifting weights with a trainer standing over me telling 5 more....4 more... it makes me bust my butt and they don't care how much I whine, so I push wayyyy harder than I would on my own!

I also love dancing. Belly dancing is once again one of my favorites and hip hop aerobics.

Running! I'm a treadmill junkie, though I love to be outside too when the weather is good. I also jump rope and do some aerobics, but I mostly run.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE doing excersises with a medicine ball.... like sit-ups where you toss the 5-10 pound ball to someone and they toss it back when you go back down. using a incline bench.

UGH i hate working out... I SO wish I was one of those people who loved it! Doing cardio makes me feel so cruddy afterwards, but I do like pilates better.
I usually feel good after doing that. I also like just playing around with my girls... jumproping, hopscotch, dancing, ect.
