after watching Charlie get her shots last monday i thought about the mommies who are getting there girls ears pierced this young. No way could i do it....id be histarical! I salute you.

yeah I don't have the heart to do it either after doing her shots. I didn't cry but I about did! It was awful and I'm sooooo not looking forward to doing it again.

I cried the whole way home. I kept thinking about my little brother who was in the hospital most of his first year of life. My mom told me that one time they couldnt find a vein and had been trying for a long time. My brother just stopped crying and starred into space. My mom is the strongest person i know..heart breaking.

Oh Boy you should have heard Christian scream! Was heartbreaking and i soo wanted to hurt the pedi back lol....she was evil and I am sure Christian will remember her face for a long time!

Abby barely reacted when she had hers pierced. She always did pretty good when she had shots too. You may be suprised!
I'll wait to get Anna's done, at least another few months.

She actually did pretty well with her shots. She cried when they stuck her but as soon as the needle was out she stopped. I'm thinking that since the piercing is so quick and not as penetrative as the shots, that she may do even better. But I know how dramatic she can be, so I won't be surprised either way!

I think Gabriels hospital stay has desensitized me a bit to shots and procedures!! With my first I would cry every time he got anything done! I am tough now lol
