Ugh, it was so much harder for me than level 1!! I needed to start lunch right after I finished and I didn't know if I could. I am really not looking forward to tomorrow! My calves have been aching ever since I started this silly shred. I don't think level 2 is really going to help that!! I hope this is all worth it and I notice a difference by the end.
I decided to take the weekend off (mainly because dh was home and I don't like to workout ine front of anyone lol) But I have a new plan... Level 1 is getting easier so I am going to alternate level 1 and 2 until I can get better at level 2 and then I am going to attempt 3, but that I am sure will not be for quite a while.
I did level two again yesterday and then mostly the hard version of level 1 today. A friend of mine is calling me a shred addict cause I have to make sure that I do it everyday during the week and feel bad when i don't on the weekend because dh is home lol
Ha ha! Well, it's 30 days right? I don't see how you can take too many breaks then! I do it every day as well, except for Sundays. I think by the end of the 30 days I'm going to be soooo done with it though!
