I got 'Quaker' Larke Flake 100% Whole Grain Oats...... Is this the right oatmeal to make me have more milk??

I think as long as it isn't the instant/processed kind then it will help!

I found that the quaker "old fashioned" kind work the best for me. I wake up so fill after eating it. and It does actually say old fashioned on the front.... i think others have success with other kinds this one just works for me. you just dont want it to be the instant kind.
