Yay!! I already started this on my other board but I will post it here too. I started at (Woah) 200lbs.. and i'm not sure how much I weigh now because I refuse to buy a scale, but I will weigh when I get to my mom's on Saturday. Here are some pics!

For lunch, i've been eating a few crackers with turkey on them, and as many carrots & celery sticks until I feel full. I've been drinking water ALL day. NO sodas, NO juices, NO alcohol. Dinner we have something healthy like grilled chicken, beef stew, ect ect.
WTG girlie! Congrats on the just the water...you are stronger then I am. I did give up regular coke but I still drink alot of diet coke. I am not thrilled with the idea either but 1 step at a time. Do you count calories? I am going on week 4 of a "diet" and I count calories. At first it was a PITA but now its just a way of life for me.
Thanks girls! Candice, I do count calories! I try to stay under 1200 a day for now until I lose a little bit then I will bump it up to 1500 a day. I also walk 1 mile every day with bryson! I agree, it's just part of life now. I use My Fitness Pal.com to look up calories before we go out to eat!
