I got the 20 minute Denise Austin Pilates dvd from Erin (thanks again, sugar!) and did it yesterday AM. It's now 9pm and I'm STILL sore! Wow!
It's only a 20 minute workout but omg, it's really awesome. I never thought that a year after having a baby I'd have actual, real, visible abs! I have that line thing - you know, the lines on either side of your belly that go down in a v toward the v-jay? I HAVE THOSE! I never had those before.
Anyway, point is, Pilates works and makes a huge difference. Do it, do it, do it!
When I first got it, I did it for 3 weeks (not every day I don't think but probably 3 times a week; I don't remember) and I had lots of people telling me they thought I had lost weight or was skinnier. Hopefully you have the same results!
