All right, ladies! The First Birthday Weight Loss Challenge is slowly winding down! It's now over for me (I didn't make my goal - boo) and I know it's over for Kel, and a few other girls too. The rest of you will be finishing up quickly since all of our babes are growing up so quickly!
I'm proposing a mini challenge to be started on your own terms whenever your own First Birthday challenge is up.
I'm calling it The Biggest Loser Challenge!!
This one is going to be a little tougher, which is why I'm limiting it with the following details:
The challenge is based on the Biggest Loser diet and workout plan. The diet incorporates a very restricted caloric intake as well as vigorous workout routines. You can do whatever routine you want, we're not going to go all Jillian Michaels on you here. Because of the restrictions the challenge will last for 2 weeks only -- if we all want to bump it to longer next time, we can cross that bridge when we come to it.
You are allowed 7 calories for each pound of body weight, per day.
Ex: I weigh 141lbs, so...
141 x 7 = 987 calories per day
The Biggest Loser contestants also work out 6 days a week. Part of this challenge is making sure that you get some form of exercise 6 days a week for 2 weeks.
