Today I decided to kick my own butt and do level 3 of the 30 day shred. I only have 5lb weights so I did it with them and I did do some of the exercises the easier way, but I completed the workout. I felt very accomplished after and I hope to work my way up to the hard exercises on all of them sooner than later!
Way to go! I did level 3 with 3 lb weights and that was quite enough for me. And I never worked my way up to all the harder version of the exercises, although I only did it for about a week before we left. Good for you!!
