We went to visit my parents this weekend. I gave Will a few sips of orange juice for the first time and he immediately stated breaking out around his mouth, then his belly and this the rest of his face. His right eye swelled up pretty good too. My sister had some children's benadryl so I ran and got that and it cleared him up pretty quickly. It was quite scary though. Poor guy was itching to death and has scrape marks on his belly from him scratching himself. I called his doctor this morning and they're setting him up for allergy testing. I don't know when that will be but I'll update here when we know something else.

Great pics, he is really photogenic! I'm glad he's OK after the breaking out, but am sorry to hear he may have allergies. Poor little fella.

Beautiful pictures, you always do such an amazing job! HOLY COW about the juice! I would have freaked out, I hope the test gives you all some answers quickly so you know what to avoid. I'm always nervous when trying peanut butter for the first time, but so far both my kids have been fine with it...I never even thought about OJ causing a reaction....we hardly ever have any b/c DD refuses to drink it, so Austin's never had it either.

Those pictures are sooo cute! Will is such a handomse little man, I can't believe how much he's grown!
That is so scary about the orange juice. **Knocking on wood** Nic hasn't had a reaction to anything yet, I hope we dont ever have to deal with that. KUP on the allergy tests.

Thanks everyone for your well wishes and compliments on my little guy.

We have an appointment with the allergy dr. on July 6. Thankfully it's with my allergy/asthma dr. so I'm very familiar with him and the practice. Until then we're off of all citrus foods. I'll let you know what we find out after his appointment in a few weeks.
