There's 10 1/2 weeks until Christmas, and that's plenty of time to get sexy for the holidays! I want to make sure that 2009 wasn't another wasted year. I figure if I lose 2 lbs a week, that's 20 lbs. It's not going to be easy with all of that holiday food around, but if I don't try I know I'm going to gain instead! For one, I'd like to challenge all of you to start a journal. I started mine last night, and I'm keeping track of what I'm eating, my exercise, and how I'm feeling. I'm hoping that it'll be a healthier way to handle my emotions.
I know that I can't keep up with a journal, but I'm definitely in for a Christmas challenge. I'm 10 lbs from my goal weight and 15 from my ultimate goal weight, but I've been stalled in the same spot forever now. Time to get my butt in gear!

I would be up for a challenge. I keep a journal on my calorie counting website. I'm still hovering in the low 140s and I would like to be into the 130s by Christmas. My only strategy currently is keeping to 1500 cals per day but so far it seems to have worked somewhat.
