So, my dad came to visit this weekend. Hadn't seen him in 6 or 7 months and when he got out of his car, all I could think was whoa. He put on a LOT of weight since I last saw him. My dad has always been a bigger guy but this is the biggest I've ever seen him. I don't know for sure but I'd guess he's somewhere in the 300s.
I don't want to end up that way. I want to lose the rest of this stupid baby weight and then some. I want to look and feel healthy.
I think I got some motivation.
This morning when the alarm went off, it was dark and cold and my DH was like, "Eh, just stay in bed. Forget the workout tape." But I refused. Got up and did my Biggest Loser DVD.
